Growing together.As a Capability Analyst, you will be contributing to the development and enhancement of our products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and the market. By identifying, reviewing and, testing business requirements while utilizing your sharp analytical skills to fulfill the needs of the business and/or clients, you will have an impact on healing the health care system. You’ll have the opportunity to provide business and systems analysis in support of enhancing our Health Benefit Account capabilities. This is a position that affords you the ability to drive processes, quality, and improvement initiatives. As a member of the Consumer Payments product team, you will partner closely with business and technology teams to ensure a best-in-class experience for clients and customers.You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:

Perform requirements analysis and business justification for product enhancements

Work collaboratively across departments to enhance and document Benefit Management functionality and processes to improve client and customer experiences

Lead implementations of new business processes and system features/functionalities

Perform data analysis, identifies trends, performance gaps, and process improvement opportunities

Provide product support and response to business needs and requests

Maintain awareness of best practices/approaches related to quality and productivity

Develop and maintain collaborative and productive working relationships with individuals across a variety of functional areas

2+ years of experience working as a business analysis, operations, or systems analysis

1+ years of experience working with Health Benefit Accounts

Solid proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)

Beginner level experience with Agile methodology

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience conceptualizing, researching, and evaluating new ideas objectively from data-driven and market-informed standpoint and translating ideas into targeted business value

Ability to collaborate with engineering and business teams in highly matrixed environment

Ability to embrace change and respond quickly

Ability for successfully prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects, and deadlines

Proven professional, approachable, positive, team-oriented attitude

Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $58,300 to $114,300 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
