December 2023 or May 2024 graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or Business, or a recent graduate with one to two years of marketing-specific experience A cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher at time of graduation A record of high achievement, analytical thinking, initiative and process improvement Demonstrate strong communication, change agility, and team skills Ability to analyze and reason through complex problems and make sound recommendations in a fast-paced environment Leadership experience outside of the classroomCompensationThe listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
