Accenture’s Anaplan Managers reengineer the way our clients do business by maximizing efficiencies across functional, industry, technical and/or digital areas. The work: · Adapt existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems. · Understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. · Use considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems. · Demonstrate executive presence during frequent upward interaction with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture. · Determine methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance. · Ensure decision making positively impacts the team in which one resides. · Manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture. Here’s what you need:

Minimum 4 years of combined performance management consulting or corporate experience. Experience must include a solid understanding of the planning function.

Minimum 4 years working knowledge and expertise in the performance management function. This may include, but not limited to, data, planning, analytics, and technologies.

Minimum 2 years of experience designing and/or developing Anaplan solutions

Bachelor's degree

Bonus points if:

Experience designing and/or developing solutions with other planning and analytics technologies such as Oracle Hyperion, Cognos TM1, SAP, Anaplan, OneStream, Adaptive, Host Analytics, etc

Anaplan Model Builder Certification

Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Desire to work in an information systems environment

Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Ability to effectively engage with senior-level client executives

Proven track record in driving business outcomes for large clients/stakeholders

Ability to effectively mentor, advise, and coach teams

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
