The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.Salary Range$61,000.00 - $100,600.00Target Openings1What Is the Opportunity?Join the team that collaborates across Travelers to inform business decisions, drive winning strategies and enable the business to capitalize on change. Enterprise Market Research (EMR) provides business and functional area partners with objective, credible and actionable insights; helping to profitably grow the business, build the brand and positively position Travelers within the marketplace. Primary market research roles leverage qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to obtain an understanding of the needs, behaviors, attitudes, expectations and perceptions of key target audiences (customers, prospects, and distribution partners).The Analyst, Market Research Ops manages project operational activities including analytical and reporting support from programming online surveys, project logistics, data analytics and reporting of average complexity.What Will You Do?

Programs online surveys, manages data collection through fielding, sets up data tables and generates findings.

For qualitative projects, responsible for managing recruiting and facility logistics; interpreting and documenting research insights during in-depth interviews and critical meetings; initial verbatim analysis.

Works on a variety of projects of average complexity across all businesses.

Initial set up of findings and data into final deliverable document.

Other duties as assigned.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or comparable analytical degree preferred.

1 year prior work experience preferred

Ability to analyze information from survey or qualitative data.

Ability to derive observations from data and analysis.

Developing Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.

Developing technical use with Qualtrics, SPSS, Access, SAS, Ruby, or related software.

What is a Must Have?

Internship or other related experience/education required.
