The colleague’s primary focus will be on evaluating and projecting Part D trends and changes in drug mix.This role is focused on understanding industry trends, performing trend studies, supporting model development and maintenance, and recommending prospective trend and drug shifting assumptions.The colleague will:
Take full ownership of assigned projects, manage to overall deadlines and complete tasks independently while collaborating with others
Possess and leverage strong communication and networking skills to effectively collaborate across teams and business areas
Act as a subject matter expert on assigned projects/concepts and integrate individual results with work performed by others
Anticipate and recognize matters that materially affect financial results and develop sound, unbiased recommendations on how to resolve these matters
Leverage strong technical skills and critical thinking to design and achieve business solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree along with 3+ years related experience
Experience with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
Experience with SAS, SQL, R, Python a plus, working with large and detailed data sets is required
ASA or near ASA (prior actuarial exams passed)
Strong communication skills
Solid technical/analytical skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Medicare Part D or pharmacy pricing experience preferred
ASA or near-ASA (also willing to consider well-qualified candidates without actuarial credentials or not on the actuarial exam track)

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$60,300.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
