It fuels our passion and drives every decision we make.Job Posting TitleAccount Management Program Analyst - RemoteJob DescriptionThe Account Management Program Analyst is responsible for supporting and executing initiatives that support account management best practices and process improvements for client facing teams. This position partners with internal stakeholders to analyze and develop solutions, establish and manage deliverables and communications specific to Prime’s account management strategic objectives.Responsibilities

Independently execute consistent approach in stakeholder discovery and analysis, assess capability gaps, business requirements definition, define solution scope, and drive recommended solution approach with internal and external teams and technology platforms – all with a goal to ensure superior customer and client experience

Independently develop and execute end to end, consistent operational plans, identifying interdependencies between all initiative level work efforts. For example:

Maintain and enhance process documentation, training materials, tools, templates, and action plan tracker. Develop, maintain, and implement other resources as needed

Establish and host workstream sessions with initiative workstream leads and set expectations

Organize across workstream leads as needed to support account teams as they prep for ongoing client meetings, and enforce expected timelines; monitor for issues and escalate to core leadership group

Support account teams as they gather/prep formal materials for client meetings with input from core leadership group

Support the Salesforce team as a business resource for the maintenance process for product universe and client inventory functionality, along with change management support for additional tool enhancements

Partner with and support business units, cross functional teams and key stakeholders to execute timely, accurate and on-budget implementation of programs, with appropriate change-management activities (communications and training)

Conduct analysis, design solutions, and monitor performance against metrics, business and/or client requirements

Support the identification and analysis of areas where process redesign/improvement can significantly impact efficiency, quality, profitability, and/or competitive position for client-facing teams leveraging appropriate tools, and lead creation of the business case to conduct redesign/improvement

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent combination of work and/or education experience; HS diploma or GED is required

2 years of related work experience in healthcare or insurance

Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications

Knowledge of best practice methodologies in leveraging partnerships with business and technology project management offices

Experienced at meeting facilitation, conflict management, and consensus building

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including previous experience giving presentations

Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and ability to work under pressure with strict timelines

Preferred Qualifications

Pharmacy Benefit Plan (PBM) or healthcare industry experience

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point with working knowledge of Visio

Minimum Physical Job Requirements

Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear

Frequently required to reach with hands and arms

Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch

Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Reporting Structure

Reports to a Manager or Director in Client Commitments or Account Management Excellence

Potential pay for this position ranges from $64,700.00 - $97,100.00 based on experience and skills.
