Professional Moving Company in Windsor, CT celebrating its 30th year in business is currently looking for a highly motivated, professional, and personable Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will not only possess the knowledge but be excited to assist each customer through their experience while upholding our LEGENDARY reputation of ensuring excellent service standards, responding efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Salary: $15-20/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities:
Deliver legendary service to all customers and fellow employees
Answer phones
Data entry into different systems and accounts
Work with dispatch and drivers to coordinate deliveries
Update profiles/jobs for accounts and customers
Work with team to create a seamless customer experience
Manage paperwork for accounts/customer
Requirements:
2+ years of customer service experience
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication
