Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Guilford, Connecticut. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls, processing orders, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Responsibilities Handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service Accurately processing customer orders and maintaining customer records Scheduling appointments and dispatching as needed Conducting data entry tasks and managing email correspondence proficiently Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations Utilizing basic office skills to accomplish daily tasks. Requirements Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls. Demonstrated experience in call center customer service. Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively. Accurate and fast data entry skills. Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and timely. Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Experience in order entry and processing. Capable of scheduling appointments efficiently and managing calendars. Knowledgeable in dispatching tasks and coordinating with field staff. Possession of basic office skills including filing, organizing, and maintaining records.
