Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an entry-level Sales Support Representative in the Finance Consulting industry, located in Greenwich, Connecticut. This role focuses on developing a robust sales pipeline and involves proactive communication with different departments within the organization. Responsibilities: Develop a robust sales pipeline using the provided leads. Make proactive outbound calls, not solely rely on inbound leads. Communicate effectively with other departments within the organization. Prospect for new deals while closing existing ones and handling account issues. Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Use Microsoft Office Suites to support sales activities. Provide exceptional Customer Service to both internal and external stakeholders. Support the sales team in their outbound sales efforts.Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites is a must for this role. Experience in a customer service environment is highly preferred. Knowledge and understanding of sales support practices and principles is essential. Proven experience in outbound sales is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary. The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment is crucial. Familiarity with finance consulting industry practices is beneficial. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically are required. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are needed. The ability to handle confidential information responsibly is required. The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is necessary. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are crucial. Willingness to continue learning and adapting to new technologies or industry trends is beneficial. Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain professional client relationships is required.
