Description We are in the process of recruiting an IT Director to join our team. This role involves leading the IT department, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring the security of our systems. It will require collaboration with various departments and the ability to leverage technology to meet our business goals. Responsibilities: Direct the IT department, providing guidance on IT-related projects and initiatives Develop and implement IT strategies that align with our business objectives Manage the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and cloud solutions Ensure the security of the organization's systems and data by implementing cybersecurity policies and conducting risk assessments Foster a collaborative environment and oversee the detail-oriented development and training Manage relationships with IT vendors and negotiate contracts Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper data management and analytics capabilities, promoting data-driven decision-making Lead cross-functional IT projects, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement Monitor the progress of IT projects and resolve issues as necessary Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, assessing their potential impact on the business Drive innovation and process improvements within the IT functionRequirements Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a similar role as IT Director. Proven expertise in Cisco Technologies is essential. Demonstrable proficiency in Cloud Technologies is required. Familiarity with risk management. A strong understanding of Cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001. Experience with developing roadmaps and driving strategic decision-making. Thorough knowledge of Computer Hardware is expected.
