Description A part-time Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting various HR functions within an organization. This includes tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and maintaining HR records. They may assist in developing and implementing HR policies, conducting interviews, and addressing employee queries. Additionally, part-time HR Generalists often play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.Roles and Responsibilities:Recruitment and Onboarding:Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings and coordinating interviews.Facilitate new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.Benefits Administration:Administer employee benefits programs and provide support for benefits-related queries.Collaborate with external providers to ensure timely and accurate benefits processing.HR Policy and Compliance:Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.Record Maintenance:Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including personnel files and documentation.Prepare reports on HR metrics and trends as needed.Training and Development:Support training initiatives and identify development opportunities for employees.Administrative Support:Provide general administrative support to the HR department.Assist in organizing HR-related events and activities.Communication:Facilitate effective communication between employees and management.Contribute to the creation of internal communications related to HR matters.Performance Management: Requirements Human Resources (HR) Administration, Onboarding, Benefits Administration Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
