Description Senior Associate, Grants and Client ServicesLocation: Greater Hartford area (Hybrid work model) Robert Half is partnering with a prominent non-profit organization in the Greater Hartford area to find a qualified Senior Associate for Grants and Client Services. Reporting to the Director, this position will entail managing various financial programs, assessing financial needs, and administrating grant programs. Overview of Key Responsibilities: Actively engage with clients to identify financial needs and suggest suitable funding solutions, assessing debt capacity and financial health. Develop and maintain relationships with non-profit entities for financing programs Administer the grant programs for the organization including managing the application process, evaluation, approvals, and reporting requirements. . Ensure compliance with direct lending and grant programs and policies. Assist the Director of on special projects Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Five years of related experience ideally serving the nonprofit sectorPreferred Skills: Knowledge of non-profit accounting and financial analysis Experience in grant program administration Familiarity with financing programs.This role is a key member of the organization with high visibility and an opportunity to be a part of a team with long tenure and succession planning.
