Job Description:Title: Part-Time Coordinator for CAS InstitutesReports to: Julie GarbarinoPosition: 19 Hr. Non-ExemptDescriptionSeeking part-time 19 hours a week, 10-month position staff to assist with CAS Institutes.Responsibilities include:
Assist the co-directors and Sr. CAS Institute Coordinator with event planning, website maintenance, program meetings, and overseeing Work-Study personnel.
Qualifications/Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Experience with Microsoft SharePoint/Teams
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to multi-task
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and with a team
Responsibilities
Assist with all logistics associated with event planning
Catering
Room Reservations
Canva Posters
Digital Design Printing
Draft, update, and develop Institutes websites, using Cascade platform
Create promotional materials for events and programs associated with the Institutes
Assist with placing merchandising orders with outside vendors (Club Colors)
Maintain and update files with advisory council information (terms served and teaching schedules)
Post Institute news and updates on Social Media
Other duties as assigned
