Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Purchase & Sales Specialist in EAST WINDSOR, Connecticut. This role involves ticket fulfillment, order fulfillment, addressing customer concerns, providing excellent customer service, and handling order entry and purchasing tasks. The position is within the telecom provider industry and requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and proficiency in Data Entry.Responsibilities: Efficiently process customer orders and ensure their fulfillment Handle any customer concerns promptly and professionally Provide high-quality customer service to maintain customer satisfaction Carry out order entry tasks accurately Assist in purchasing activities and ensure they align with company policies Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets Monitor customer accounts and resolve any issues that arise Utilize Data Entry skills to maintain and update customer records Continuously improve knowledge about the latest products and services offered.Requirements Proficient in customer service with proven experience in a similar role Demonstrated ability to manage and oversee purchasing processes and vendor relationships Experience in sales and understanding sales techniques and processes Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to analyze market trends and apply insights to business decisions Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and initiative-taking Strong organization and planning skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is desirable.
