Our two-year, rotational Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) provides challenging opportunities via short-term work assignments across the enterprise as you move to locations around the U.S.A.

Receive high-caliber training, mentoring & guidance from RTX leaders, current & alumni LDPs to build a strong lasting global network
Program intended for internal RTX interns/co-ops, & external entry level professionals looking to create value & grow their career at RTX
Provide dedicated support to the Pratt and Whitney Enterprise by assisting in the elimination of quality notifications, escapes, works stops and increasing producibility of legacy and new parts, assemblies, modules and engines.
What You Will Do
Stretch your capabilities and enhance learning with frontline, hands-on assignments
Relocate to different RTX cities/states while in program to broaden your exposure to the business and further develop your leadership and functional skills and business acumen
Work with multidiscipline teams to drive root cause investigations, develop associated corrective actions, and implement product and process improvements.
Support engineering related efforts to meet shop and supplier materials requirements planning (MRP).
Handle physical hardware while interfacing with Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations.
Identify areas of waste within production support process. Continue to challenge current process and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
Develop communication and leadership skills.
Grow technical proficiency
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering: Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems Engineering; degree must be obtained between December 2024 - May 30, 2025
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
Cumulative 3.0 GPA
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Experience collaborating with a team to develop innovative ideas
Experience communicating clear and effective messages to a broad audience
