Just look up. Are you ready to go beyond?Job Summary:The Aftermarket Operations (AMO) organization is part of the Commercial Engines Operations business. The organization is responsible for the operational excellence of our global Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) sites, specializing in restoring aircraft components and returning aircraft engines to our customers around the world. The AMO Integrated Business Planning (IBP) & Transformation Director collaborates across the AMO organization on influencing the long-range objectives and profitability of the business, efficiency of our operations and critical business processes. This leader is responsible for teams engaged in Business Strategy, Operation Site Strategy, Strategic Intelligence, Strategic Integration, Repair & Pricing Strategy and Business Transformation. This key leadership role reports to the Vice President, Aftermarket Operations.Key Responsibilities:

Lead the AMO Business Planning & Transformation team to enable AMO senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives to impact business growth and profitability.

Business Strategy: development and execution of a business growth strategy supporting our AMO business objectives to drive performance on critical business KPIs and position the organization for long-term profitability and financial health while assuring adequate capacity to support our customers.

Operations Strategy: development and execution of a portfolio of strategic projects, including capital expenditures, to drive productivity, on-time delivery and profitability across the AMO network.

Strategic Intelligence: development and implementation of strategic intelligence processes and analytical products that help drive the AMO strategic review board process, as well as high level strategy formulation and road mapping efforts.

Strategic Integration: lead the Working Together Teams connecting our Program teams with the MRO shops to ensure profitability and productivity to meet capacity needs across engine programs.

Repair & Pricing Strategy: development and execution of strategic projects related to product placement across our P&W repair facilities, including repair price optimization and profitability analyses.

Business Transformation: oversee the AMO Transformation initiatives to meet project timelines and operation margin targets across the North America and Asia Pacific regions.

Provide leadership to advance the company’s culture transformation and drive employee development across the organization.

Liaison across CE Ops and AMO organizations to identify, develop and advance strategic initiatives, including MRO Shops, Program Office, Technology, GTF Industrialization & Network Delivery and ASE.

Leverage RTX CORE Playbook tools to drive growth across the AMO organization and performance against critical business KPIs

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Data Analytics, Engineering or related field with 14+ years of prior relevant experience; OR Master’s Degree with 12+ years of experience

Proven People Leader experience

U .S. Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required .

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in an operations and/or manufacturing environment

Demonstrated ability to simplify complex topics for a broad audience

Proven ability to lead matrixed teams

Previous AMO experience and familiarity with our shops, products, and customers

Additional Information:

Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder

The salary range for this role is 171,000 USD - 343,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
