We are proud to now deliver that same highest level of service support to all makes and models at your location via our mobile fleet service program.RequirementsWE OFFER:· Base salary to $100k/year with annual bonus· Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401K, etc.· On-going paid training· Company VehicleYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:· Effective and direct communication in both Internal and External capacities – 70%o Dispatching/triage with mobile technician teamo Process adherence regarding time management, repair time, service SLA’s, etc.o Coaching and mentoring mobile technicians to continually adhere to Penn Power Group values, policies and cultureo Building relationships with internal outside sales team regarding workload/work needs within territoryo Front-line communication with customers relating to needs, performance, challenges, etc.· Utilizing technology and/or computer applications – 30%o Daily operation of Microsoft Office Suite to include Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.o Weekly utilization of Penn Power Group specific operating systems to perform payroll functions, repair order creation, repair time management, time management, etc.o Pulling data from PowerBI tool to demonstrate knowledge of territory, team, work needs, etc.· Daily demonstration of knowledge related to State and Federal DOT requirements, regulations and complianceYOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES:· Successfully manage a team of up to 15 technicians within your territory to include front-end and back-end support· Travel to customer and technician locations to conduct QCI’s and safety audits as needed.· Availability to work flexible hours as required and be on-call in response to emergency situations as neededYOUR EXPERIENCE:· Ability to demonstrate and/or express knowledge within technical/mechanical applications related to the industry· Demonstrated success with coaching, mentoring and motivating a team within a field operation setting· Ability to work mainly remote - 70% travel within your territory (overnight travel as needed) to visit customers and technicians· Excellent communication and organizational skillsFor more information about PENN Power Group, please visit our website at www.pennpowergroup.comAn Equal Opportunity Employer.
