Description FULLY REMOTE ROLEOur client, a CT based renewable energy company that is poised to become a world leader in battery architecture, is seeking a Corporate Counsel to assist its team on a Part-Time, long-term, contract basis (approximately 15-20 hours a week). Main duties involve handling various contracts and corporate documents (NDAs, commercial contracts, financial documents, charters, investment rights, etc.). The ideal candidate will hold a JD and have 5+ years of corporate experience / strong understanding of contracts.
