JOB DESCRIPTION:Aerotek is currently hiring for a Construction Technician! We are supporting a reputable company that is a contractor for aerospace and manufacturing companies throughout Connecticut. They specialize in installing dust collection systems, mist collection systems, machine platforms and machine guarding systems for these companies and are seeking a helper to join their team. Our Helper will go out on the road with a seasoned mechanic to help with installs. A lot of the companies they work with have old machinery in their facilities so they need systems for safety installed so the machine operators aren't inhaling chemicals or exposed to hazardous materials or parts. These positions are full time offering competitive pay and benefits!QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of construction experience
Hand/power tool experience
Reliable transportation
Experience in piping systems, sheet metal, fabrication
