Description We are on the lookout for a meticulous and organized Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Cromwell, Connecticut area. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, where you will be largely responsible for assisting the sales team in their administrative duties. You will also be expected to manage inbound and outbound calls, handle customer service, data entry, and email correspondence tasks, as well as manage appointments and work competently with Microsoft Office tools. Responsibilities: Answer and manage inbound calls in a detail oriented and timely manner Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Handle email correspondence with internal team members and external parties Manage both inbound and outbound calls as per the requirements Utilize Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to accomplish daily tasks Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary Understand and provide information on auto insurance and auto loans Maintain and manage accurate and up-to-date records Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience in answering inbound and outbound calls Strong customer service skills Proficiency in email correspondence Ability to schedule appointments effectively Data entry skills Knowledge of auto insurance and auto loans High attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Ability to work independently and within a team Strong problem-solving skills Experience in an administrative assistant role is preferred but not mandatory High school diploma or equivalent required Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
