Develop and implement high-quality, standardized templates and innovative approaches/processes for documentation libraries and related articles, ensuring a harmonized user experience across teams.
Align knowledge articles and other written documentation with the DE&E Technology Application and Service Portfolio to expedite the discovery of essential information during incidents, changes, and problems.
Take ownership of crafting and developing processes and documentation for all disciplines within IT Service Management, and related tooling platform, while playing a pivotal role in the triumph of these services.
Collaborate closely with directors and service owners across DE&E Technology, ensuring that documentation articles/artifacts align seamlessly with strategic goals and initiatives.
