Job Description:

Possesses and applies extensive technical Kenexa BrassRing expertise

Serves as a subject matter expert associated with content, processes and procedures

Works on highly complex tasks where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

Configure our ATS to achieve best candidate experience, actively uptake Kenexas new features to enable high touch experience for end users

Serve as an advisor to solve design challenges by identifying effective workarounds for best end user and candidate experience

Can translate business requirements into technical solutions as well as generating business case

Can understand Recruiter needs and challenges and apply creative and logical approach to identify solutions

Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and work effectively in an team environment, able to build direct working relationships across all levelsRequired Skills: POWERPOINT; VISIO; EXCEL; CONFIGURATION; JIRA; WORKBENCH; KENEXA BRASSRING.
