We are looking for a qualified Human Resources Associate to join our team and provide support throughout the entire employee lifecycle. You'll work closely with and report to the HR Manager, providing a strong foundation for our employee experience. You will play a vital role in the growth and expansion of our Human Resources department and will have room to grow your career.OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE:Provide administrative support for HR functions.Serve as a reliable source of information for employees, promptly answering questions regarding policies and benefits.Ensure that all employees feel safe and cared for at our company by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.Act as a liaison between the HR and employeesThis role offers the chance to gain valuable experience in all aspects of HR and develop your skills for future advancement.RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist with recruiting tasks such as reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.Schedule and coordinate onboarding agenda and training sessions.Compile and process employee documentation and records, and keep the employee e-files current.Assist the HR manager with formulating policies, procedures, and changes and communicating all updates to employees.Responding to employee questions in a timely and professional manner.Assist with ADP WFN payroll time & attendance and documentation.Day-to-day administration of applicable employee benefits programs including assistance with claims resolution, change reporting, audit of invoices for correctness, employee enrollment, etc.Maintain health & safety programs including collaborating with third-party vendors. Manage Leave of Absence processes. Have an understanding of CTPL and keep apprised of any changes in the laws or forms for all states we have employees based in.Handle all inquiries from employees, and outside parties promptly and professionally.Keep abreast of current developments in areas of interest to the department and the organization; including employment laws and local, state, and federal regulations and statutes.Special projects as needed.
