Description:Seeking 2 Machine Operators on 1st shift.DAILY BASIS:
-Working on 3 axis lathes & Multi-Axis, Twin Spindle lathes (Nakamura & Hardinge).
-Working off blueprints and engineering drawings on a daily basis to machine the parts.
-Spot check, in process and final inspection checks on completed parts using mics, calipers, gauges and other measuring instruments to check for non conformance and document/report.
-Ultimately, would like this individual to set up, adjust, and operate all of machines.
-Align and secure fixtures, tooling and other attachments onto machines, then position and fasten workpiece.
-Per blueprints, engineering drawings and previous machining experience, be able to select appropriate tools, machines, and materials to be used to machine parts.
-Maintain machines, clean and lubricate machines, tools, and equipment in order to remove grease, rust, etc.
