Process and verify invoices for goods and services accurately and in a timely manner.
Match purchase orders, delivery receipts, and invoices to ensure proper documentation and approval.
Reconcile vendor statements, addressing discrepancies and resolving issues as needed.
Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments.
Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice-related inquiries.
Maintain organized and accurate financial records, both electronically and in hard copy.
Assist with month-end closing procedures and provide support for audits.
Requirements
Accounts Payable (AP) experience
AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred
