Assembler

$16.25/hr
The wage for this position is $17.00-$18.00/hr depending on experience. We are seeking detail oriented self motivated individuals to build and assemble high end crates. This is a customer driven assembly that requires reading blue prints and assembling the finished product according to specifications in a timely manner while keeping quality as a driving factor. Assemblers are responsible for fabricating component parts or assembling the finished product according to the customer specifications. Secures and maintains correct component parts and supplies required for production. Fits parts together in accordance with prescribed manner and in accordance with quality standards. Operates hand tools as required to complete assembly process. Stacks completed products in accordance with established procedures, and if required, may cover, label and band components/finish product. Checks materials and finished products to ensure compliance with standards
Skills such as framing, trim carpentry, lumber construction are a must as our customers are in high demand of specifications and efficiency. Must be able to lift up to 75lbs, be a critical thinker, and communicate well with team members to ensure production requirements.
Some off-site building may be necessary as needed by customer requirements.
