Accounting Clerk

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in WHEAT RIDGE, Colorado, United States. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the telecom provider industry. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for processing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate customer credit records, and handling customer credit inquiries.Responsibilities: Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency Maintain up-to-date customer credit records Resolve customer credit inquiries promptly and professionally Monitor customer credit accounts regularly Take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments when necessary Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Maintain vendor files, invoices, and special projects Utilize skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP in daily tasks. Requirements Proficiency in Account Reconciliation Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) Proficient in Billing procedures Ability to perform Data Entry tasks effectively Experience with Invoice Processing Strong skills in Microsoft Excel Knowledge of Oracle software Experience with QuickBooks software Proficient in SAP software Degree in Accounting or related field preferred Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Strong problem-solving skills Able to work independently and as part of a team High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
