As a Leasing Professional, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, providing exceptional service and guiding them through the leasing process. You’ll also play a key role in resident retention, community engagement, and supporting the overall operations of the property.
Our Community Manager splits time between two properties, so we’re looking for someone who is proactive, self-sufficient, and a great problem solver. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy working independently while still being part of a supportive team, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Sales: Engage with prospective residents, schedule tours, showcase available units, and assist with the application and lease signing process.
Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to current and potential residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests professionally and efficiently.
Marketing & Outreach: Assist in marketing efforts, including online listings, social media engagement, and community outreach to drive occupancy.
Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, process applications, conduct move-in/move-out inspections, and assist with resident renewals.
Property Upkeep: Help ensure the community is well-maintained and presents a welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently when the manager is off-site
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in property management software or ability to learn quickly
Ability to work some weekends and flexible hours as needed
