Cabinet maker/installer (Durango)

JK Woodworking is now hiring for a 1/2 to full-time position of Woodworker-Cabinetmaker, installer. Cabinet Making experience preferred but not absolutely required for the right candidate. Cabinet shop woodworker position will include all aspects of cabinet making in a modern shop setting. Cutting, sanding, machining parts, assembling cabinets and building custom specialty pieces. Jobsite installation of shop built woodwork will also be required. Hourly wage $18.00 to $28.00 per hour depending on experience. Must be energetic, hardworking and willing to learn. Having a positive, happy outlook on life is a must. Our business is a smaller, technology based Cabinet Shop with less than 5 employees. We are locally owned by active owners who have been in the industry for 25 years. The shop staff works closely together as a team and helps create a great work environment. Reliable transportation to work is a must. Required skills must include: using a tape measure with accuracy to 1/16 inch, cutting, sizing and machining wood parts, modern woodworking machines, safety awareness, working well with others and a willingness to learn and do all aspects of modern cabinetmaking.
