Monday-Thurs and some Fridays (as needed due to weather).
BASE PAY for qualified driver (excellent driving background) $18.50/hour or $16/hour for technician. Payroll will never go below BASE PAY however, if you can complete work faster than budgeted time, you can make substantially more . It is not uncommon to see $20-25/hour. You will have an opportunity to prove your experience in the field every day. The harder, faster, more efficient you become, the more you make. All employees will have access to P4P mobile app where everyone see's what everyone makes. Last season, all employee's averaged over $20/hour.
P4P (Pay 4 Performance) takes your average pay for a 2 week period and that is your payroll.

SIMPLE Retirement (401K for small business) plan available after qualifying period.
Overtime @ 1.5x pay over 40 weekly AND over 12 daily.
Quarterly Profit Sharing (3x/season) as bonus.
Full time and part time available to the right individual.
Must have transportation to get to work daily.
