Excavation Laborers needed ASAP

Looking for a full-time excavation laborer for a local construction company. We are a company that is great for people who want to start a career. FasTrack is a busy construction company looking for independent, reliable workers currently. We build residential homes in the City of Durango and surrounding areas, which are not far from the Silverton Railroad. We also do commercial work and utilities for the City of Durango. Some of the tasks that will be performed are Expose utilities, rake out slabs, run compaction equipment, compaction, plumbing of exterior utilities, check grades, grease equipment, smooth out soil, shovel when needed, assist operators. If you can read blueprints preferred but not required, work with minimal supervision and know what you are doing we would like to talk to you. Salary will depend on experience and on a short trial basis with a Lead Operator or Superintendent. Medical, Dental, Vision, Gym membership are available after hire. 401K and Roth IRA are coming soon. We do not relocate people, and we are looking for full time only.
