Kitchen Steward

We are looking for hard-working and ambitious candidates that are passionate about gastropubs and enthusiastic about the products we offer. The steward will be responsible for operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and tools. Also responsible for washing dishes, china ware, flatware, cutlery, crockery, and kitchen vessels, sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning and detailing equipment. Maintains the kitchen, dishwashing, and back area in an inspection-ready condition in accordance with local authority and brand guidelines. You will be working alongside trained chefs.
