Knife Skills
Meat Fabrication
Product Identification
Able to work all stations/Grill/Sauté/Garde Manger
Works well with a team/Leadership Experience
Ordering/Inventory Management
Dependable and reliable
At least 2-3 years of experience cooking in a fast paced kitchen
Positive attitude
Culinary Education background
Familiarity with classic preparations
ServSafe Certified
