Join the Animas Chocolate & Coffee Co. family! We are currently seeking professional retail staff who are passionate about craft coffee, artisanal chocolate, the Durango area, and providing customers with amazing customer service for a full or part time positions in our boutique chocolate cafe.
The ideal candidate will be personable, have extensive experience in the hospitality and/or restaurant industry, and will be passionate about Durango and all of the activities it has to offer.

Duties of this position include providing exemplary customer service, answering questions on our unique drink menu (coffee drinks and alcohol pairing menu), talking with customers about coffee and chocolate, maintaining a clean and lively cafe atmosphere, and being able to provide support to other staff as needed.
We are looking for long-term employees that enjoy being a part of the Durango community. Pay rates are very competitive and depend on experience and how quickly candidate can integrate into our program. Other benefits include store credit, profit sharing, paid sick leave and health insurance stipend. Our busiest seasons are during the winter holidays and busy tourist summer months.
