Live/Work in Wonderful Paonia! Single person or Couple to live on-site in beautifully furnished 1-bedroom home, utilities included, plus $1,600 - $2,100/month for 40 hour, 5 day work week (9 a.m. - Noon; and 4 - 9 p.m.) Guest services, computer literate with accurate typing skills, grounds/building maintenance, laundry and some cleaning. Additional compensation possible for skilled carpentry/renovation assistance on and off-site. Drug-free, non-smoking, energetic, self-starters, but able to take direction, multi-task and enjoy public interaction. Sorry - No Pets!
