Evaluate, perform resource analysis, perform critical path analysis, and prepare reports. Schedulers will walk down the progress and coordinate with all parties to ensure the schedule reflects the proper status and forecast. Will ensure the status of every phase is accurately reflected in the reporting cycleExpectations:

Develop resource-loaded CPM project schedules in P6 Primavera

Proven experience running reports in Primavera

Will mobilize to the field and provide daily forecasts for the management team

Reviews the delivery schedules according to projects, contract specifications, overall customer priorities, and resources

Coordinates with the management team to ensure accurate scheduling data and that production teams can meet customer delivery dates

Revises and implements planning and scheduling processes

Works with leadership to help resolve conflicting issues

Helps management initiatives in all functional work areas

Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Wage range:100K to 125K per year based on experience.

What is Required ?

At least 3 years experience using P6 Primavera, MS Project experience

Strong knowledge of program Management concepts, specifically those related to project execution

Experience working with and coordinating the activities of multidisciplinary and disparate teams

Must hold a valid Driver’s License

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Attention to detail and good organizational skills

Strong communication skills

Pass Pre-Employment drug screen and background check

Must be able to stand or walk for long periods with repeated lifting (Up to 50 lbs.), kneeling, crawling, climbing, and reaching
