Company DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Lead Data Client Solutions Specialist’s primary goal is to provide an innovative approach toward account management. Responsibilities include peer development, coaching, and mentoring to facilitate associate growth, with the goal of ensuring the Data Client Solutions teams deliver fast, professional, and accurate products and services to internal and external clients, also Lead and manage department and cross-functional projects as assigned. This will be accomplished through leadership, project management, consultation, and coordination with the Sales, DCS Management, and back-office teams across the organization.Key Accountabilities / Metrics:AccuracyTrack record for making good decisions based on analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgmentUses a systematic process to monitor and maintain individual and departmental accuracy.
