Be an ambassador for an exceptional guest experience as Reception Supervisor, where your passion for service will inspire your team and make our Owners and Guests feel valued.Summary of Responsibilities: Reporting to the Front Office Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceLead and supervise the Reception/Transportation team while ensuring all service standards are followedHandle Owner/Guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying proper departmentsAttend regularly scheduled departmental meetingsAssign tasks according to daily workflowBalance operational, administrative and Colleague needsAssist Owners and Guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful wayCoordinate arrival and departure schedules for Owners and GuestsCoordinate daily transportation needsManager on duty responsibilities as assignedFollow department policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety policiesOther duties as assigned
