Job Title: Construction ForemanLocation: Sterling, COProject Duration: 3 monthsPay: $25 - $35/hrPer Diem: $120/dayJob Description:We are looking for a skilled and experienced Construction Foreman to oversee and manage a 3-month project in Sterling, CO. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of construction crews to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the job site.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and equipment usage.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety procedures.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage (to be discussed during the interview process).
$120/day per diem to cover daily expenses.
