We provide our employees with a positive work environment and social activities that reinforce teamwork.Venturi, LLC., a Chenega company, has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Wargame Analyst who will provide analytical support to the MDA Chief Architect's Warfighter/International Integration office (MDA/CAI) in its mission as the single point of contact for wargame requirements development, campaign planning, and analysis, and to the Warfighter for all engineering and technical issues related to the missile defense system .Responsibilities

Provide expertise in analysis of missile defense-related system capabilities to MDA/CAI in their role leading the development of MDA's wargame event requirements and post-wargame analysis and reporting.

Provide expertise in modeling and simulations and application to wargaming.

Apply the best practices used in DoD test and evaluation analysis processes, development of analytical products, and campaign planning to MDA wargaming.

QualificationsRequired:

Bachelors degree and 20+ years of experience supporting missile defense programs or other related defense programs OR

Master's degree and 12+ years of experience supporting missile defense programs or other related defense programs

Active Secret Clearance

Ability to travel, to include international locations, may be required.

Knowledge of setup and operation of MDASim, AFSIM or other wargaming M&S package.

Knowledge of missile defense threat systems and modeling of these threats.

Desired:

Experience in missile defense-related or other DoD large project systems or test analysis.

Able to plan and execute required wargame support, develop clear and concise written products, and present wargame and missile defense technical matters to MDA personnel and warfighters in support of MDA/CAI.

Able to effectively communicate in working group meetings with over 50+ attendees in support of MDA/CAI wargame campaigns.

Experience with Modeling and Simulation tools and their application to wargaming.

Top Secret/SCI clearance

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to work independently and/or lead teams to analyze and resolve problems.

Must be able to provide daily supervision and direction to support teams.

Working knowledge of weapons system components and mission.

Familiarity with DoD and MDA processes and procedures.

Ability to work in a high-paced environment while coordinating with multiple organizations and leadership.

Proficient with Microsoft software applications.

Ability to execute and complete tasks without supervision.

Ability to lead a team of contractors in the completion of projects and tasks.

Ability to travel 20-25% to CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
