Job Title: Lead, Schedule and Roadmap Integration Engineer (Active TS/SCI Required) Job Code: 15769 Job Location: Colorado Springs, CO (100% Onsite) Job Description: L3Harris Technologies has an opening for a Schedule and Roadmap Integrations Engineer for an important national Security Program. We are seeking a detailed-oriented and proactive Schedule and Roadmap Integration Engineer to join our team. In this role, the successful candidate will develop and maintain comprehensive schedules and roadmaps that support the alignment and integration of various activities at the National Space Defense Center (NSDC). The successful candidate will ensure effective coordination across acquisition, operations, training, testing, exercises, and joint all-domain collaboration efforts. Essential Functions:

Design and update schedules and roadmaps to provide critical solutions for aligning and integrating NSDC activities. This includes managing perspectives across acquisition, operations, training, testing, exercises, and joint all-domain collaborations.

Provide support for scheduling tasks related to operations integration and intelligence integration. Ensure synchronization with operational Command and Control (C2) system onboarding activities.

Integrate and track events occurring within the government and NSDC. Develop roadmaps that ensure a comprehensive understanding of strategic and tactical center needs on a daily basis.

Develop and manage roadmaps at various levels: Portfolio level – Addressing all capabilities; Capability level – Covering system and/or applicable Design Reference Missions; NSDC Integration Master Schedule – Depicting internal NSDC test/training schedules, crew force/manpower scheduling, and task interface between organizations for effective NSDC C2.

Integrate test and evaluation events, operations, maintenance, training, capabilities, cyber tools development, advance concept support, and data analytics. Support operational integration teams based at NSDC and document activities, as required.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Project Management, Operations Research) with a minimum of 9 years of experience. Graduate degree with a minimum of 5 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 15 years of prior related experience.

Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to obtain a CI Poly.

Preferred Additional Skills:

Proficient in scheduling software tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Milestones, or similar tools.

Ability to analyze schedule schedules and roadmaps, identifying disconnects, overlaps incongruencies, and other crucial planning factors for integration.

Strong networking and interpersonal skills to interface with various program offices and stakeholders.

Experience briefing products in large group forums and providing analysis of forecasted issues, risks, conflicts, or concerns.

Strong Organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado is $106,500 - $197,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
