STEELHEAD LLC in Hayden, CO is looking for skilled metal fabricators with 5+ years’
experience in measuring, welding, and installing architectural and structural steel.
We are looking for motivated candidates that are self-starters, can complete a project from
beginning to end, including taking measurements, fabrication, and welding, are detail oriented, can
work in a fast-paced environment, and are willing to do what it takes to get the job done!

We will ask that you pass a math/measuring and welding test at the time of your interview.
Please see requirements below:
5+ years' experience in ornamental and structural steel fabrication, including building handrails, stairs,
fireplaces, and other high end projects.
Experience with all welding diceplines (smaw,gtaw,fcaw,gmaw) and all materials (mild,aluminum,stainless,alloys)
Ability to read and fabricate high-end projects from detailed fabrication shop drawings and
blueprints including layout, measuring, sawing, bending, grinding, and detailed finishing
Installation experience
Valid driver’s license
Ability to operate a forklift
Able to follow instructions and work with others with minimum supervision
Motivated and able to work in a fast-paced production environment and perform tasks in an
accurate and detailed manner
Familiar with welding tools and knowledge of how to work in safe manner
Ability to lift 75lbs+
Compensation is based on experience
