Pay starting at $30+/hr (DOE) for crew members + year end bonus. Lighting removal (spring) and lighting install (fall/early winter) crew positions. No experience necessary with training regardless - we're looking for good people first and foremost! Our goal is to provide those who want to call Steamboat home, an option to make great income during the shoulder seasons and come back season after season.
Crew leads positions (crew foreman) with premium pay available for those with experience (with lighting and trailering / bucket lift operation). Training regardless of experience and we promote from within.
PLEASE NOTE: We work hard and work outdoors in the elements. If you cannot handle the cold, snow, wind, rain, and sun, or do not have a strong work ethic - please do not apply.
SCHEDULE AS FOLLOWS (with flexibility based on your summer/winter job schedule):
Early/mid April to end of May/early June (full time)
Sept/Oct to mid-December (full time)
(flexibility on start/finish dates as needed)
IKON PASS paid 100% for those who hit 450+ hours for the year (or additional bonus if not needed). Year-end bonus for those that qualify.
Ongoing employees also qualify for additional potential benefits after a year of employment with us
