Candidate should have experience in at least one skill listed to be eligible. Plumbing, Hvac, Carpentry, appliance repair, drywall repair, painting or any other technical trade not listed.
Looking for someone with a strong work ethic, can follow directions, self-motivated and works well in a team environment.
