We're currently seeking part time Engineer Technicians to complete our engineering team. The ideal candidate is an individual with a great attitude, a reliable work ethic and a willingness to learn - many other of the required skills can be taught!
As an Engineer at Solaris, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing all building systems and equipment. Duties Include:
Address guest, owner, and staff work orders promptly for safe and efficient facility operation.
Assist in preventive maintenance across units, common areas, and commercial spaces, conducting daily inspections.
Collaborate with other Engineering team members and external contractors for necessary maintenance and improvements.
Maintain detailed records of work activities and materials.
Perform various maintenance tasks and ensure workshop cleanliness, reporting stock status to Engineering Director.
Location: The Solaris Residences, Managed by East West Hospitality - Vail, CO
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Part Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $26/hour ; $1,000 Sign on Bonus (half paid after 60 days and second half after 120 days)
Schedule: What works best for you? 2-10 hour shifts? 2-8 hour shifts? 3-8 hour shifts? We can work with you! (Candidates will have 2-3 set days they are scheduled - never wonder when you'll have to work!)
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should have an interest in mechanical and HVAC systems and theory - experience is a plus, but not required.
The ideal candidate will have a dedicated work ethic and upbeat attitude to fit in well with our team.
