Sunshine Massage Studio, winner of "Best Massage" and "Best Holistic Practice" in Vail (2024/2025) and "Best Freestyle Eastern" at the World Championships for Massage (2021), is seeking 1 full-time, 1 part-time, and on-call therapists for the 2024 Winter season. We're known for our unique and transformative massage experiences that blends Thai massage, yoga, inversion therapy, AcroYoga, aerial yoga, vibration therapy, aromatherapy, sound healing, and ashiatsu.

Your Concerns, Addressed:
Learning Overload: Yes, we offer a variety of unique services, but you won't be thrown into the deep end. Our free Sunshine Technique training, valued at $2,200, will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need.
Moving away from traditional massage tables: Change can be daunting, but it's also exciting! You might surprise yourself by how much you enjoy our innovative approach. Summer training is free to new massage artsits joining the team and it is June 22-29, 12-7pm every day.
Body Mechanics: Concerned about working on the ground or maintaining the right body mechanics? We've got you covered. Our training program includes detailed instruction on maintaining healthy body mechanics, using yoga as the foundation.
Work Environment: Worried it'll be too serious? Not at all. We believe that a positive, fun, and supportive work environment leads to happy therapists and happy clients.
Financial Stability: We value your hard work. That's why we offer competitive compensation, incentives, generous tips, and opportunities for higher commissions.
Compensation: We believe in rewarding hard work and dedication. Start off by earning 30% 35% + tip. You'll keep 100% of your own tips and our clients usually tip between 20-30% of the session price. We provide incentives for exceptional service; higher commissions are offered for couples massage, 4 handed massages, mobile massages, chair massages, repeat clients, requests and for bringing in your own clients to the studio.
For our high-performing rock star massage ninjas, there's ample opportunity to grow and earn higher commissions. We believe in long-term relationships and reward artists who stay with the company for more than a year. While the commissions can vary between different session types, full details on compensation will be provided during the interview process.
Additional opportunities to make commissions include selling CBD products, answering phones, and scheduling appointments for yourself or other artists. We encourage massage trades among the staff, free of charge. If hired, you will receive free massage training, worth $2,200 in value.
