IT System Administrator and Support Specialist
FTS is seeking a full-time IT System Administrator and Support Specialist that enjoys providing account management, system administration, project services, and end user support to its clients. This position will work with our Lead System Administrator, co-managing all aspects of our small business clients’ technical needs. Must have at least 3-5 years of business system administration and IT support experience and a wide-ranging technical skill set, with a focus on cloud services such as Office 365, networking, PC’s (Windows & Mac), printers, cyber security, and other typical business IT systems.

Job Duties and Expectations
Configure, deploy, and support business IT systems not limited to: PC’s, Mac’s, Windows, Server OS, Android, iOS, Email, O365, GSuite, Active Directory, Networking, Wireless, Cyber Security, Azure, Backup and Disaster Recovery, VOIP, cell phones, etc.
Projects execution as assigned for intermetal and client infrastructure and system upgrades
Identify and engineer business IT solutions as needed for clients
Support end users and manage service tickets to completion
Set up, monitor, and manage alerts to identify current or future issues in client environments
Manage client IT asset inventory
Create, manage, and maintain documentation
Field incoming phone and email support requests, providing prioritized remote and onsite support
Training and continuous education of current and leading-edge IT systems and strategies
Must live in the Vail Valley/Eagle County area to provide onsite support and project services as needed
Work from home – must have suitable office space and internet to effectively get the job done – all technology and tools required for the job will be provided by FTS
Rotating on-call schedule for client business down emergencies
Candidate must have reliable transportation and the ability to perform remote and onsite work
Must be able to lift at least 50lbs and install electronic equipment as required (i.e. hang racks, install UPS’s, network gear, etc.)
Experience with ConnectWise Manage and Automate is a plus
Certifications and/or degree in Information Technology is a plus

Pay and Benefits
DOE – $75K - $85K annually, full-time
Three weeks accrued PTO annually, after 90 days of employment
SIMPLE IRA plan with 100% employer match up to 3% of salary, after 90 days of employment
Health insurance stiped of $400 per month, after 90 days of employment
Cell phone and home internet reimbursement - $75 p/month each (hot spot required on phone)

Work from home, but must live in the Vail Valley to best serve our clients
