Nature’s Own is seeking to fill a full time position. We are looking for an organized, reliable, outgoing individual interested in growth opportunities in an established local business. Responsibilities include positive interaction with customers, daily organization, inventory management, product organization and ordering. Responsible for helping oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining the company policies and procedures.
We want somebody who is interested in a long term commitment.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service experience
Reliable, Professional, and Trustworthy
Must have flexibility to work days/nights/weekends/holidays
Excellent organizational skills
Team oriented
Experience in a retail store environment helping lead a team is helpful but not required.

DUTIES AND REASPONSIBILITES:
Greet all customers in friendly and welcoming manner
Product knowledge (we’re willing to teach)
Handling cash
General housekeeping duties for the shop
Stocking sales floor
Maintain store security/ asset protection
Opening. Closing duties
Creating and receiving product orders
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to lift 25lbs and able to stand 6+ hours per day, to kneel, crouch and reach. Must have reliable transportation to shop.
Prefer local candidate with housing. No relocation assistance available.
