Lanae Fine Jewelry is seeking a passionate and experienced Store Manager and Sales Associate to join their team. The successful candidates will have a strong passion for the fine jewelry industry, excellent customer service skills, and a proven track record of driving sales.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
Recruit, train, and manage sales associates to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to all clients.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Maintain and build relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively engaging with customers
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the value and unique features of each item.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail sales role.
Self starter with strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
