Looking for someone to help with the clerical/office side of a small construction company and help with two other business I have ongoing. Must live in the area. No long distance. Will have to go to meetings, the bank and permit office once in a while. No exceptions. Payroll, Invoicing, accounts payable, permits, paperwork and writing. Need to be able to write and send emails on a professional level. Order material. Need to have a computer. How to use word, excel, office. Make and send PDF's. Be able to handle tasks without direct supervision. Not a entry level position. Some days will be busy than others. Depending on what we have going on that week. One two hours a day. Maybe more or less depending on the day. A relaxed/ chill group here. We are local. We like to ski and golf. Have some fun. We work because we must. We work hard and are good at what we do. Just need some help with the office stuff. We take days off to go do "our thing". Pays $25-30 hour. DOE.
